At this visit my son came with me. Suzanne welcomed him, his imput, and readily answered his questions and concernd. Jake said after the visit that he was confident, as I have been, that her knowledge and understanding of me and my medical needs is exactly what he hoped it would be.

Suzanne Sanderson was really present with me during my visit. I hadn't been in for care in a long while, and I had a long list to review with her while we discussed my labs. She gave me time, attention, and thoughtful answers and plans that met/exceeded my expectations.

Monarque has given me the best primary care I have ever had. Every single provider and office person I have interacted with has been proactive, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable (including being clear and honest when they don't know an answer), and timely. They work well with insurance and I have never had a surprise bill.

As aways, Suzanne is a good listener, asks for specifics for clarification, explains well any options and/or instructions. Gives me plenty of opportunity for my owninput and to ask my own questions and express any reservations or ask for additional info about her suggestions.

Had discussed with lisa a depression treatment, that I'd see a therapist and if the therapist thought antidepressants were a good course of action she'd prescribe them. Because of untreated sexual trauma, grief, and frequent suicidal ideation my therapist wanted me to start on antidepressants asap. Suzanne disregarded my therapists suggestion, and instead asserted that actually it was just adhd and that was all she was willing to treat. She finally agreed to refer me to a psychiatrist so a "real professional" could decide if it's actually depression.
